Cat 988K, s/n TWX00915, went into service new in 2016 and currently has 12,660 hours on it. This unit is equipped with enclosed cab, a/c, joystick controls, autolube, high lift arrangement and a spade nose bucket without teeth. Additional options listed on the original build sheet include rear vision camera, axle oil cooler, heated mirrors, OPTIMAX precleaner, ride control and heated and ventilated seat to name a few. The 65/35/33 tires are new Michelin’s on the rear and 35% good on the front.

We completed our inspection on the machine and addressed items such as leaks, lights and cosmetics while processing it in our shop. The most significant items mechanically to be repaired was a leak on the transmission as well as the engine oil pan. While the engine oil pan was off we installed a new set of rod and main bearings.

We finalized it by doing a complete service on it as well as painted, installed new decals and detailed it.
