Motor Grader Rebuild Process

Evans Equipment buys, sells, and remanufactures equipment from companies worldwide.
After nearly 50 years in the used machinery industry, our focus on quality used equipment hasn’t changed.
Evans Equipment is proud to provide a superior product in a market full of used equipment.

No matter whether our machine is a complete rebuild or not, our process follows a step-by-step procedure:
Inspection, Disassembly, Repair, Re-assembly, Final Operational Inspection, Paint, and the Final Detail Inspection.

Our rebuilt machines are remanufactured starting from the bare frame. Upon disassembly the frame and
machine components are inspected and replaced or repaired using like-new standards.

Powertrain Components

The majority of our remanufactured machines are fitted with brand new, out of crate Cat OEM engines and all
other powertrain components are rebuilt to meet like-new CAT OEM status. This also includes hoses, belts,
seals, gaskets, bearings, wiring harnesses, gauges, etc…

Every Hydraulic cylinder is broken down on our hydraulic table and inspected, fitted with new seals,
repacked, and painted.

Operator Environment

Another area that we take pride in is the attention to detail we take when refurbishing the operator’s
environment. From head liners, seats, windows, A/C, monitors, switches, etc… An operator will feel like
they’re sitting in the cab of a brand new machine.

During the reassembly process, every part is inspected before installation to ensure a superior product on the
front lot.
